Your personal customer service representative handles all incoming and outgoing information for you on a daily basis and has been empowered to alter warehouse and transportation schedules in the interest of service to you and your clients. Each customer service representative has an average tenure of twelve years and has received the training necessary to utilize our information technology tools to manage your account. They work as an extension of your organization to handle any need on a daily basis.

As an added feature, many reports and information are available to you via the internet. Getting the right information to the right person at the right time is our goal.
